Aggregate '24 is Arcadia’s premier customer focus event. That year, the conference was hosted in San Antonio, Texas, with key evening events taking place at the historic Alamo. I was tasked with developing the overarching visual identity and cross-platform asset suite for the event. The design directive required a creative synthesis: blending southwestern, sunset-inspired color gradients with Arcadia's established corporate identity, while integrating authentic Texas iconography.

The main challenge lay in bridging localized event flair with rigid corporate branding guidelines. The identity needed to feel uniquely "Texas" without alienating the tech-forward, data-driven aesthetic of Arcadia. Furthermore, the design system had to scale seamlessly across an extensive multi-medium deliverables list, spanning from tiny physical event swag to high-visibility digital animations.

Iconography & Logo Development: Reimagined traditional Texas symbols through a modern, geometric lens. I designed customized vector illustrations—including a stylized version of the Alamo building and a pair of cowboy boots complete with Arcadia's signature triangular logo serving as the spurs.
Merchandise & Swag Design: Translated the visual ecosystem into tangible event gear. This included designing custom badge name tags and event stickers, alongside a commemorative purple event t-shirt layout centering the stylized Alamo motif and brand sponsorships.
Digital Layouts & Motion Graphics: Authored a dynamic web landing page animation that set the tone for attendees during registration. I also engineered social media promotional content and comprehensive post-show graphics packages to ensure all video recap collateral maintained a unified aesthetic.

Aggregate '24 delivered a highly memorable, cohesive attendee experience that beautifully celebrated its host city. By embedding localized storytelling right into Arcadia’s geometric brand architecture, the final collateral felt bespoke, prestigious, and perfectly tailored to both the physical venues and digital audiences.
